Ianya sangat membantu ibu menjayakan penyusuan....alhamdulillah , kandungan zat galian dalam alfalfa sangat bagus untuk wanita dan khasiatnya banyak. Namun ianya tidak boleh diambil oleh pesakit SLE.
Walau kini ibu tidak menyusu namun ibu tetap mengambilnya sebab ia bagus untuk diet, buah pinggang dan abah turut mengambilnya sebagai salah satu supplementnya.

Ibu cuma basuh alfalfa sprout ni bersih2, toskan airnya dan kemudian taburkan parmesan cheese ke atasnya. Fuhhhhh sangat sedap!!!!!
